1. Rent & Deposit
Monthly rent is fixed at Rent + 18% GST, The tenancy will commence from start date.
An advance security deposit of interest free, shall be payable prior to the start of the tenancy. This amount will be refunded upon termination of the agreement, after deducting any damages or outstanding dues.
The space shall be used exclusively for commercial purposes.
3. Rent & Payment Schedule
Monthly rent of Rent plus 18% GST shall be payable between the 1st and 8th of each month.
4. Mode of Payment
Payments shall be made via online transactions (UPI, RTGS, NEFT, Credit card, Debit Card).
5. Late Payment Charges
A late fee of ₹500/- per month shall apply for payments made after the 8th of each month.
6. Member Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the space.
- Avoid causing inconvenience to other users.
- Do not make any alterations without prior permission.
- Illegal or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Facilities Provided
- Member will have access to Wi-Fi, pantry, electricity, water, and tea/coffee.
- Space usage is permitted during business hours or 24/7, as applicable.
- Temporary restrictions may apply during repairs or emergencies.
8. Liability
- The provider shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to the member’s property.
- The member shall be responsible for any damages caused by their activities.
- The member shall be solely liable for any connections or loans taken in their name; the provider and property owner shall bear no responsibility.
